About me
Hi, I'm Bjorn and currently the Technical / Support Lead at Conversal. My focus is on providing personal and technical support to our clients, but of course, also on creating websites and applications.
Experience
IT Freelancer
Started as Freelance IT consultant in 2017 as a side job, I have helped various individuals and businesses finding the right solutions for their inquiries. From assembling custom gaming rigs to developing software and websites, I take each project serious and will discuss and define the scope of every project. I also provide end user support for contracts and individuals.
Technical / Support Lead
Currently I'm still working at Conversal (digital agency) and I've gotten responsibilities for the whole technical and support part of the agency. Maintaining server infrastructure, reworking workflows, training are daily tasks. Untill today also still available for all our clients and their inquiries and guide them to the best solutions we can offer.

Products from the production team needed to be stress tested for quality assurance. We were responsible for the assembly on test lines. We needed to assemble the products like they would in the grid following tight procedures. All the parameters needed to be reported so we could deliver a thorough test report and quality certificate. Again, I was working full time night shifts.

As a full time warehouse house manager exclusively working nightshifts, I was responsible for all various warehouse related tasks. Order planning for the next day, order picking, preparing shipping for picked orders. Various tasks regarding stockmanagement, stock counts, rework picking flows and organizing warehouse locations. I was also available for receiving & processing production goods and supplies delivered during the nightshifts.
